That was a fantastic weekend 10 years ago in August. Fans of Thin Lizzy came together from all over the world to celebrate the birthday of Phil Lynott, and to being present at the unveiling of his beautiful bronze statue in the centre of Dublin on the 19th August 2005. The next day was about music, as Gary Moore has invited his friends, and did put together a tribute concert for his friend. This August, on the 10th Anniversary of this memorable concert, we can celebrate these unforgettable musicians and their fantastic musical legacy with two new DVD reissues of "One Night In Dublin".
Hello to all Gary Moore fans!
Pleased to report that after three years work, the book is finished. All that remains is to finalise the publishing arrangements and then the book can go into production. The current target publication date is February next year. Sad to note though that recently we have lost Jack Bruce and Craig Gruber who were both very cooperative on the book.

Another vinyl reissue will make happy the Gary Moore fans worldwide, as Back On Black has got the green light from Eagle Records to release the live album which was recorded at the start of the Close As You Get tour in 2007, but we had to wait to hear it until the official CD release in 2014. It was a special, invited-only album launch concert, where the band played more songs from the new album than later on the tour. This live album is the only recording where you can hear the live versions of the opening "If The Devil Made Whiskey" or the great acoustic track at the end, "Sundown". This time it will be out in the "Rock Classics" series as a double album on great quality 180g vinyl records, and the discs will be white (first 500 copies) to make it more special. Pre-order here

Just like every year since we are organizing the Memorial Concerts, we have some online auctions to support the event. This year we've received a very special offering from our friend, Darren Main, who has spent almost 20 years on the side of Gary Moore during the tours, and became a very close friend to him. He was always very friendly and helpful to us fans as well, while we were trying to get closer to Gary for a second, just to get a photo or a signature. We all really appreciate it that he still tries to help where possible. This year Darren has offered the Worldwide Gary Moore Fan Club some of his very last signed CDs and press photos from his own prized collection. What a gentleman! Thank you, Darren!
Please respect it, and buy these items only for your own collection or as a gift to a friend, and do not buy them for resale! Thank you!
